The right click option does not show the options you're asking me to perform. I did however check for updates in settings by clicking on the horizontal 3 dotted line. So, something's not right and I think this app is bugged. The Teams app was downloaded from Microsoft reputable app.
You need to use the new meeting experience in Team. You first check if your Team app is update to last version, after it, you can try to use one of these options: option 1: a. Select Turn on new meeting experience.
Restart Teams by doing the following: option 2: a. Select Quit. Start Teams again like you normally would. After it, maybe you keep in Team. Threats include any threat of suicide, violence, or harm to another.

Not sure why Microsoft made Teams more and more complicated when everything was perfect months ago. BTW, for the camera, there's nothing wrong with the camera, this is an app issue, not my hardware.
Besides all this, plus the links you sent aren't inline with my current platform. In case you didn't read the part that I do not have paid subscription of Teams I'm just using the free version. Since Microsoft teams suddenly started being used for "Online school" , the platform has been focusing on adding new features for the "Teams for free" application! Unfortunately , this problem can't be solved as It's an issue from Microsoft's side. There are unexpected crashes from time to time , the application gets weird!
That's what I figured. I never understood MS's attempt to troubleshoot something that can't be fixed on my end but MS itself. All those that send me meeting request are paid members for Enterprise. I only use it once every other week or so when I do interviews and other meetings. I get annoyed when I know for a fact it's a software issue on their end but keeps blaming ort made it sound like it's the end user issue but not the software by MS itself.
This is the exact same issue I faced with SlingTV. They make me go through all the things I already fully checked not once but twice to ensure I did all troubleshooting solutions first until they realized it's their end.
